Thank you for your partnership with the Steadfast Conference! We exist to encourage and strengthen the body of Christ to be “stable and steadfast, not shifting from the hope of the gospel that you heard” (Colossians 1:23)
In order for smooth collaboration for our ministry teams and volunteers working with deadlines and logistics, we have laid out a set of guidelines for working with video and graphics that will be used in our printed or on-screen material. We hope these guidelines are not a hindrance or obstacle for our ministry partners and can help you with any questions or concerns that may arise.
For on-screen media, please submit all artwork 10 days before the event start date. For printed material consideration (conference guide or posters, etc.) please submit all artwork 15 days before the event start date. Videos shown on-screen should be submitted 5 days before the event start date.
We understand there are different levels of video production and capabilities, but our goal is to present a quality presentation to our attendees when possible. If you are asked to submit video for on-screen display before, during, and after conference sessions, we ask that you follow these sugguestions.
Video files can be uploaded via WeTransfer (see link below) or by e-mailing us. When e-mailing attachments, we ask that you keep them under 5MB. Larger files can be linked through services like DropBox, OneDrive, or iCloud, but we would prefer WeTransfer file requests sent to [email protected].
Files should be High Definition (1080p) or Standard Definition (720p) if possible with a ratio of 16x9 (1920 x 1080 pixels or 1280 x 720 pixels). We can work with your compressed MP4, MOV, and AVI formats. For promotional material, videos work best when they are 2-4 minutes in length, but we have worked with shorter presentations and will consider longer submissions.
Slide images are displayed on our in-house screen as well as on our livestream before and after sessions. This gives attendees another chance to learn about our ministry partners and can also be posted to social media from our channels.
For submitted images, completed PNG and JPG graphics in a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution work best. We cannot guarantee to represent your brand or organiztion if you simply send us a logo file, so full size images with all details are preferred.
If you are advertising or featured in our conference program given out to all atendees, we want to make sure you are represented well and follow-up with you can be done easily and without issues. Depending on what has been agreed upon with your exposure, you may be asked to provide either a completed graphic or a logo with description about your ministry or organization.
For submitted images, transparent PNG or vector graphic files (EPS, AI, PSD) will work best.
We are thankful for your participation and are available to assist if you have questions or concerns with the steps listed above. E-mail [email protected] and we will work with your needs.
